I am in Morocco in a small fishing village 80 km north of Agadir, working on a campsite and preparing my application for film school.
My name is Nicolas, I am 34 years old, I live in Berlin and I am running a small Media Company. I have a nice car, I have a nice flat, I have 298 facebook friends and a myspace page and my life sucks. The whole day I am sitting alone in my home office, hanging on faceboook or pressing send and receive on my outlook, always hooping that’s something might happen. In 2009 my business went down to zero due to the world economic crisis. So I had the choice to either wait till the little money I have saved get burned by rent, insurance and latte machiatos or to use the opportunity and to change something in my life. That’s my story.
